Éclaircissements sur l’Edition Collector de Forza 3
Depuis fin juillet on sait de quoi est constituée l’édition colllector de Forza Motorsport 3 mais c’est le fonctionnement du statut de « V.I.P » qui restait un peu flou…Che a parlé et nous permet de mieux comprendre comment ça va fonctionner.
Si vous achetez (avez commandé) une Edition Collector de Forza Motorsport 3, vous aurez donc:
- une clé USB 2GB Forza Motorsport 3
- un porte clé Forza Motorsport 3
- L’énigmatique « Forza Motorsport VIP Membership » (peut-être représenté par la carte Game Add-On) qui offre à son propriétaire des avantages dans la salle des ventes, lequels n’ont pas encore été bien définis.
- 5 autos uniquement disponibles via ce « Forza Motorsport VIP Membership »
- un « Exclusive Collector’s Edition Car Pack » composé de 5 autos préparées et peintes exclusivement par les développeurs de Turn10 pour les possesseurs du « VIP Membership » (certainement les mêmes que les 5 mentionnées avant)
- un thème Forza Motorsport 3 pour interface Xbox360
On sait maintenant (merci Hugo) que les autos sont les suivantes:

- 2009 Aston Martin DBS
- 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
- 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia
- 2007 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera

- Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro (Forza Motorsport 3 Hero Car)
- Acura NSX (Forza Motorsport Cover Car)
- Nissan Fairlady (Forza Motorsport 2 Cover Car)
- Aston Martin DB9 (Forza Motorsport 2 European Cover Car)
- 2008 Dodge Charger Stock Car (with Xbox 360 livery)
Si tout cela ne suffisait pas, Che a annoncé sur le forum officiel:

The VIP membership that comes with the LCE gets you — on a very surface level — 5 of the hottest cars in the game and recognition within the game and on the website that you’re a Forza VIP who has purchased the LCE. You guys already know which 5 cars are included in the VIP package. Recognition in the game and on the site means you’ll have a little insignia to tell the world that you bought the LCE.
VIP is also tracked on our servers and I will be working with Fred on creating a bunch of exclusive liveried cars, as well as tuning files, layer groups, and more from the best of the community and gifting them en masse to all VIP members. It’ll be like logging in one day and getting cool stuff because you’re a VIP. I don’t know how often we’d be doing this but it’d be at least once a month and whenever I have cool stuff to share with all our VIP members I’d just drop ’em into your inbox through our servers.
As for that whole cars and tracks rumor, I can’t comment on that now but let me just say it won’t be limited to VIPs. Everyone will be happy.
Also, the LCE package is very sexy. It’s really the DEFINITIVE retail version of the game.

Vous l’avez compris, le terme VIP prend tout son sens!
Avec toutes ces bonnes choses la vraie question est: y aura t’il suffisamment d’éditions collector pour tout le monde??

« VIP comes with LCE(Limited Collector Edition). VIP gets you 5 awesome cars. VIP gets you a little icon that says you’re VIP in the game and on the website. VIP gets you free cars/liveries/layer groups/tunes from Turn 10 when we’re feeling generous, which is pretty much all the time.
VIP does not expire. VIP does not get you free FM3 DLC forever. Currently, the only way to get VIP membership is through the LCE. So go pick up the LCE if you want to be a VIP. »
